14-gauge steel, welded onto a 14-gauge, 3"x1" upright tube post, provide a stronger trailer, better appearance, less wind resistance and superior strength transfer to the roof.
- 1"x1" roof bows built of 14-gauge steel on approximately 24" centers provide support for our 6" radius roofs.
- Roofs are made of 16-17 gauge steel to create the equivalent of a solid sheet of metal.
- A 1" overhang drains water away from ther trailers interior.
- Front roof caps are welded and sealed to help prevent water penetration and wind damage.
